These therapies release blocked negative emotions and balance the physical body, thoughts, emotions and spirit.

Areas of focus include addictions, codependency, anxiety and depression, marriage/family counseling, divorce counseling, trauma/grief, healing physical illness, emotional awareness, personal development, career/life planning and stress management/reduction.

Since 1986, Linda has dedicated her life to the body, mind and spirit. Alternative healing modalities include working with the chakra energy system, color/light/sound healing, meditation, visualization, Reiki, hypnotherapy, and dance.

Linda is also a teacher, advocate and health coach for women’s health. By using Maya Abdominal and Uterine Massage, women are empowered to balance their physical, emotional and spiritual energies.
